- Day 1: Kathmandu → Kathmandu/Surkhet (flight or long drive)
- Day 2: Surkhet/Kohalpur → Manma (drive)
- Day 3: Manma → Talcha → trek/jeep to Rara region
- Day 4: Explore Rara Lake (Murma viewpoint, shoreline walk)
- Day 5: Rara → return to Manma / Surkhet by jeep/vehicle
- Day 6–7: Drive/flight back to Kathmandu; departure / extra day for buffer
